Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date:

in the case of a sales contract: where you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. (for individual orders)

in the case of a contract for several goods ordered by the consumer under a single order and delivered separately: where you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Leon Adis, Sonntagstr. 26 10245 Berlin, 0176/41708938, Life_the_lion@gmx.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model revocation form, which is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract to ... us or to [insert here the name and address of the person authorised by you to receive the goods, where applicable]. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

In order for the revocation to be valid, it must be sent in text form by letter or e-mail (information on this in the imprint) or by timely return (within 14 days after you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods) to the operator.
